This research shows a qualitative and quantitative approach written from observations and data acquisition in the preparation and packaging sector of snacks in a food industry located at surrounding areas of Curitiba, Paraná. The objective is to analyze the responses of the Nordic Questionnaire of musculoskeletal symptoms and the RULA method and relate them to justify the pains pointed out by the workers. In addition to the application of the Nordic Questionnaire, anthropometric measurements and the dimensions of the workstation were carried out to verify if the ergonomic recommendations for the work place correspond. In view of the observations made, it was verified that the workstation is not suitable for the workers, and this is one of the reasons for the corporal pain mentioned. Finally, all the data collected were analyzed to justify the reasons for the responses completed in the Nordic Questionnaire and suggested solutions to improve the work place. |
