The descriptors obesity, metabolism, worker, stress and production were used. Bibliometric techniques were used. Is was selected 41 scientific studies on the themes corresponding to the descriptors.RESULTS: The subject corresponding to the association between obesity and stress has been reduced in the literature.CONCLUSIONS: The perspective of obtaining scientific evidence about worker stress and a subsequent development of obesity or at a reverse order is still a controversial interrelationship.
