Resumo: The demand for electric energy in the world and the Brazilian population rate have continued to grow over the years and alternative sources of energy, such as photovoltaic solar, have been gaining more space both in the national and in the world scenario. The solar potential of Paraná is superior to many countries of Europe, whose characteristic favors the installation of networked photovoltaic systems (SFVCR). On the other hand, the increase in temperature is one of the factors of loss of these systems and affects them in a different way depending mainly on the installation’s mode and the technology used in the manufacture of the solar modules. This study is an analysis of the influence of the average maximum ambient temperature of the different regions of Paraná in the performance rates of grid connected photovoltaic systems for modules manufactured from mono-crystalline silicon, poly-crystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, cadmium telluride, copper indium diselenide and copper indium gallium diselenide.
