The aim of this project is to develop a supervisory system to perform current, voltage and rotation measurements on synchronous electrical machines. The supervisory system will be developed with the use of the software Elipse and will graphically and numerically presente measurements performed during practical experiments on electrical machines. For that aim, sensors attached to the laboratory machines were elaborated to acquire previously required data and send it to the supervisory system throught a Modbus serial protocol. The system was tested on a synchronous generator supplying an isolated load in order to acquire real-time
