Resumo: The creation of a white tariff option by the National Electric Energy Agency, in order to encourage the consumption of electric energy outside of peak times, raises doubts to the majority of the residential consumers who, before the period of 2018, were limited to the conventional tariff of their respective power distribution company. This problem, in addition with the recent growth of the adoption of photovoltaic systems connected to the grid by residential consumers has given rise to the present work, which through an online tool users can create a simulation of the electric consumption in their houses, according to the hours of use of each equipment. The result of the simulation brings an annual comparison of consumption between conventional and white tariffs. Hence, the user can carry out a simulation of costs for the implementation of a photovoltaic system connected to the network according to values acquired in the previous tariff simulation, helping in the decision making for its installation and migration of its tariff. All these calculations were developed from previous studies related to photovoltaic generationand residential electric consumption behavior in order to help and inform the ordinary consumer about the possibilities linked to electric energy expenditures.
