The manufacture of security cards it is a niche that requires caution from the manufacturing companies about the copyright and the privacy of its customers. This way it is necessary the elimination of the possibility of the re-manufacturing or falsification from the process rejects. This elimination is made manually and consists in the descaractherization of the printing plates that are used in the manufacturing of the cards. That requires a considerable physical effort and take time that could be used in the manufacturing itself. An equipment to execute the task would bring many benefits to the company. The present study aims to ease the elimination process through the creation of a prototype to execute the task. Its proposed that it will be created through the methodology learned throughout the graduation, and having as target, at the end of the study, the creation of a prototype and the comparison of the obtained results with the standard procedure. |
