Innovations in industrial areas as well as improvements in productivity are prominent strategic points for the development of a competitive industry. In this context, application of innovations in production increase can result an interesting practical improvement of production within a plant having characteristics aimed at adopting principles of Toyota production system focused on elimination of waste. A waste appointed by the Toyota System is the presence of activities that do not add value to the production process. Based on this, for times ranging preparation machines but which can be removed by techniques studied for many decades, mean production gains. In this paper it sought to find trends and impacts of innovations applied to this motivation in the industry through the use of technological mining. |
