The quality is no longer an advantage for any business, becoming mandatory requirement. Quality is increasingly becoming an integral part of the management of companies that demonstrate to their customers through statements and compliance labels. Associated with quality, development costs, manufacturing and distribution of products dictate the necessary competitiveness. This work is included in the project area, specifically the consequences of changes in mechanical design structure. The objective of this study was the identification of project changes aimed sorts them and analyze the results. The classification was made through indexes levels of impact of changes in projects through a case study in a metallurgic company. |
