One of the most promising fields of nanotechnology is the synthesys and application of nanomaterials. On nano-scale, materials may present unusual properties. One example is the bactericidal effect of silver nanoparticles. This work intents to study the synthesis and antimicrobial effect of silver nanoparticles, synthetized on an nano-clay substrate made of halloysite. The morphological carachterization was made by transmission microscopy and diffratometry, and the antimicrobial carachterization was made following the convenient protocol developed by the Nature publications and ISO. |
