Measuring processes are needed to guarantee total quality control in a production field. Many automotive and precision mechanics industries apply the technical requirements of ISO TS 16949:2009 and Measurement System Analysis Manual in order to establish the measuring systems used to examine final products. Otherwise, there are many measuring processes over the production flux which have an effect on products and processes quality and when this results are not becoming as it should, the entire quality system gets damaged. Therefore, this work focused on these intermediary processes based on widely used regulations, specially on the automotive industry which ensures reliable results in its field of activity. The measurement systems of customer and supplier will be evaluated to determine the root-causes of deviations which have been observed along the industry activity so it will became possible to act and establish a strategy to minimize these cases which ensures continuous improvement of the supply chain quality. |
