This monographic is intended to offer and share knowledge to colleagues in the profession who find themselves with professional doubts. For this, the present work is prepared to raise and disseminate guidelines, in a basic way, to the professionals regarding the current legislation of the regulatory body of the category, in its work environment and its responsibilities with society. The importance of the accomplishment of the present work is presented in the current scenario of higher education, where often the work environment presents itself unexpectedly to the presented to the student body. In this case, there is a discrepancy that should be intermediated with a better diffusion of the regulatory role of CREA in the performance of mechanical engineers. The main attributions and competences in the performance of the mechanical engineer were synthesized. It was raised and exemplified which Notes of Technical Responsibility – ART, mechanical engineers need to make use of in the exercise of their activities. As well as, studies regarding the way the Professional Ethics discipline addresses the role of CREA in the regulation of the performance of mechanical engineers. |
