Industry 4.0 encompasses several technological concepts related to the operate in real time, such as visual inspection, for the purpose of competitiveness and quality delivery to the customer. Products from aluminum injection may contain on the surfasse porosities that prevent its use, both for quality and safety reasons. This study proposes the development of a vision system for quality inspection in automotive engine heads, following the production of line flow in an automotive industry. The proposed vision system inspects porosity on the face with greater occurrence of the defect, helping the employee in his work routine, as an instrument to reduce errors from fatigue, lack of standard procedure and human error. This work presents an analysis of the variables that surround a great part of the success of the application of the vision system, such as types types and techniques lighting, image acquisition, hardware definition, establishing the basis for the development of na application of its own that simulates porosity inspection. The simulation has proved satisfactory for the environment which it was developed. |
