Resumo: This project aimed to analyze the economic viability of the semi-hidropônico system in the culture of Strawberry in a production unit in Bom Sucesso do Sul, Paraná. Socioeconomic diagnosis was carried out and raised the costs of the deployment on the ground in low tunnel cultivation present on the property with 10000 seedlings from cultivar Camino Real grown on a 0.25 hectare area. Was made a simulation of semi-hidropônico kiln system analysis conducted survey of values through three Budgets quote different companies, reaching an average value traded of each item of investment for 4 343m ² each (greenhouses 7x49 meters) with individual capacity of 2,500 seedlings. The indications were cash flow analysis, net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), Payback and Benefit Cost indicator (BC) used in the analysis of both systems in order to compare the results. For both systems the gross income was R annual $120,000.00, and systems analysis: soil cultivation in low tunnel, with NPV of R $116,284.98 and TIR 138%; and in semi-hidropônico the NPV was R$84,551.33 and 58% TIR, showing better economic viability in the soil cultivation in low tunnel.
