Resumo: One of the main diseases that cause damage to soybean producers of the Asian rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi). The aim of this work was to evaluate the combination between the management of fungicides and the genetic resistance of soybean cultivars sown at the end of the zoning on the severity of the Asian rust and your reflection on the productive performance of seed. The same consisted by two touchdowns, the first conducted in the field, in the experimental area of the UTFPR two neighbors, 15/16 harvest. The cultivars used were TMG 7262 RR, TMG 7062 IPRO INOX, carrying STAINLESS technology [marca registrada], which gives the plants genetic resistance to Asian blight, CI 21 strains IPRO, CI 53 IPRO, and cultivars VTOP RR and NS RR 5909, which don't have, sown in December. The treatments consisted of different periods and numbers of applications of fungicide belonging to the Group of estrobirulinas and pirazóis, namely: T1: control; T2: a use in R1; T3: two applications (R1 + 14 days after); T4: three applications (R1 + 14 + 21 days after); and T5: four applications (R1 + 14 + 21 + 21 days after). The experimental design was of randomized blocks, with 3 replications. The severity of the disease were evaluated, yield components, productivity and mass of 1000 seeds. In the second test, the seeds of the cultivars VTOP RR and NS 5909 RR test 1 produced in each treatment, were collected and evaluated separately as to your physiological quality. Then, these were stored in condition of environment and sown in subsequent crop to assess the productivity of grain. At rehearsal 1, genetic resistance influenced positively the cultivars TMG 7062 and 7262 regarding lower severity of Asian rust, reflecting in greater seed productivity, with emphasis on the 7062. A single application of fungicide on R1 was enough for the Asian blight did not compromise the efficiency and productivity of soybean cultivars tested. 2 test, the severity of the rust and the number of applications made to field in previous harvest did not influence the quality of the seeds of the cultivars and 5909 and VTOP, consequently, there was no reflection of the origin of the seed lots entered on the components of yield and grain productivity of the crop.
