Resumo: Currently the environment-related issues has become increasingly relevant. Issues such as reuse and / or recycling of materials, in addition to conscious consumption and reduced food waste and products has been heavily debated. In Brazil, the pallets production market has established itself as a basic need for the operation of various economic sectors, including the automotive sector, food and drinks. The annual discard this product has been continuously growing, producing large amount of material to be disposed of in landfills. So aim of this study is to maximize sustainability and minimize the environmental impacts of pallets disposal from the reuse of these in the sustainable laboratory furniture projection. The Campus UTFPR Dois Vizinhos is in full expansion phase, increasing its physical structure through various buildable projects. Among these projects is the Human Physiology Laboratory for educational use and research of undergraduate biological sciences. To meet the ideal conditions for its operation, a whole structure must be prepared to package the materials and equipment needed the activities to be performed, as well as furniture such as chairs and benches suitable good ergonomic conditions. In this way it was visited as facilities of other teaching and research laboratories already existing in the UTFPR-DV, for observed as structures and spaces for the spaces and a deficiency of furniture perceived by its occupants. A physical study was also carried out in the laboratory of human physiology, photographic records and field field notes for sketching. No architectural design of the furniture is reused on pallets, with dimensions of 100x120cm. With the definition of the furniture designed, a sketch was developed (preliminary study), defining itself as the layout of the furniture. Finally, the architectural design was elaborated according to the normative norms that consist of rules, represented by low plant, cut and perspective, taking into consideration and the general principles of representation in technical drawing. For execution of Autodesk Autocad 2014 software activities, student version for design in the complete architectural design of the human physiology laboratory in 2d format.
