Resumo: This project focused on the characterization of the presents arrays of some fruit of the Myrtaceae family, located within the rural properties in the municipality of Two Neighbors. Questionnaires were applied to producers for the identification of potential properties and future selection of the best arrays to be held to create an on farm conservation network in the region of native fruit trees. The disputed properties had their coordinates obtained through a GPS device. The specimens from pitanga (Eugenia uniflora), jabuticabeira (Plinia sp.), Uvaieira (Eugenia pyriformis), cerejeira-do-mato (Eugenia involucrata), guabirobeira (xanthocarpa Campomanesia), guabirobeira preta (Campomanesia sp.),guabijuzeiro (Myrcianthes pungens), sete capoteiro (guazumifolia Campomanesia) , feijoa (Acca selowiana), araçazeiro amarelo e vermelho (Psidium cattleyanum) were the priority of the study. The communities have 7,800 native fruit plants cataloged, indicating that there are still individuals in all of these, with guabirobeira and pitangueira presenting predominance. Thus, it is visualized that the municipality of Dois Vizinhos-PR have potential for creating on-farm conservation network. However, still it is necessary to characterize the fruit so that they serve as future genotypes for use in breeding programs or to start commercial plantations.
