Therefore, the objective of the present work is to make a case study on the anxiety levels of students of the Biological Sciences course of UTFPR, Câmpus Dois Vizinhos. The methodology used will have a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, using as data collection methods a structured questionnaire and the Beck Inventory - BAI, to quantify the levels of anxiety among the students. The hypothesis of the present study is that part of the students may be debilitated mental health and, with the data of the work, the University can come to the students' help, making possible the prevention and remediation of this picture. Finally, at the end of the study, the data will be available to the pedagogical team and Campus Mental Health Commission for possible future interventions. The results of the questionnaire and the BAI were tabulated and demonstrated how students' life habits, as well as their anxiety levels. The BAI test indicated a high rate of students with anxiety at moderate and severe levels, which indicates that the student is sick or sick and that prevention and remediation measures are necessary, such as the creation of measures that improve the student's quality of life. |
