There are many studies to improve the utilization of energy by means of additives as fibrolytic enzymes (cellulase and xylanase), which increase the degradation of the cell wall of roughage into the rumen. This study aims to compare the gas production curves in vitro obtained from diets with different levels of enzymes. The work will be developed at the Universidade Federal do Paraná - Campus Dois Vizinhos, in vitro samples of a total diet containing volumine and concentrate for dairy cattle with increasing levels of fibrolitic enzymes (0, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 3000 and 3600 IU per kg DM of total ration) with six replications for each level. The effects of the enzyme level on degradation kinetics were verified through analysis of variance (ANOVA), which showed that there was no significant effect for the treatments. It was not possible to determine the best enzymatic level for the diet, since there was no difference between the treatments. Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR) As forrageiras são consideradas a maior fonte de energia para os ruminantes, mas a degradação desse alimento ainda é um fator limitante no aproveitamento desta. Existem muitos estudos visando melhorar o aproveitamento da energia por meio de aditivos como enzimas fibrolíticas, celulase e xilanase, que aumentam a degradação da parede celular do volumoso dentro do rúmen. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo comparar as curvas de produção de gás in vitro obtidas através de dietas com diferentes níveis de enzimas. O trabalho foi desenvolvido na Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná – Campus Dois Vizinhos, onde foram incubadas, em sistema in vitro amostras de uma dieta total contendo volumoso e concentrado para bovinos leiteiros com níveis crescentes de enzimas fibrolíticas (0, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 3000 e 3600 UI por kg de MS de ração total) com seis repetições para cada nível. Os efeitos do nível de enzima na cinética de degradação foram verificados por meio de análise de variância (ANOVA) que mostrou que não houve efeito significativo para os tratamentos.
