The poultry industry in recent times has been showing increasing due to several parameters, such as management, genetics, environment, nutrition and, more precisely, the features offered for the development of this activity, as shown in the present study. It's also covered worldwide poultry data and data of southwestern region of Paraná, where the study was performed. This study was done by a semi-structural interview with chicken producers of the region, to obtain production data in order to identify and to evaluate performance indicators that affect the profitability of the process. At the end of the study it was found that the majority of units surveyed lies in excellent conditions of electrical installations, however there is the research unit A6, which is inadequate for use in providing the highest spending on electricity compared to its revenues and positively highlights the A20 unit had lower expenses in relation to its billing. |
