A major challenge for farmers is to produce quality food in sufficient quantities throughout the year, the overseeded is a strategy that has been widely used, in order to sow temperate grasses in tropical evergreen species with the purpose of restricting the empty feed. The objective of this study was to evaluate forage production, botanical composition and nutritive value of the pasture of Tifton 85 (Cynodon sp) overseeded with black oat (Avena strigosa) submitted to irrigation and nitrogen fertilization. The research will be conducted in UTFPR, Câmpus Dois Vizinhos UNEPE beef cattle. Oat pasture black overseeded in Tifton 85 in an experimental area of 1.5 hectares, divided into 12 paddocks with an average area of 0.12 ha (1,150 m²) per paddock. The experimental design will be completely randomized, with four treatments and three repetitions, divided into: 1- With irrigation and nitrogen, 2- with irrigation and without nitrogen, 3- Without irrigation and nitrogen use, 4- No Irrigation and without nitrogen. Using 135 kg ha-1 of nitrogen fertilization in treatments 1 and 3 were divided into 4 equal applications and the irrigation system will be in treatments 1 and 2 and fertilization base of 333 kg ha-1 NPK. The data were subjected to analysis variance e When treatment effects were significant were the means were compared by T test and Tukey test at 5% significance with the help of statistical Sofware SAS (SAS, 2001). When the oat Reached 30 cm from the sample was collected pre grazing pastures, after lowering the animals up to 10 cm and again collected a sample of post-grazing pasture, and the samples Submitted to the botanical separation for evaluation of the total production and evaluation bromatological. Regarding the total production of forage used the treatments did not differ from each other. The use of nitrogen and irrigation extend the growing season and reduced the interval between cuts was 20 days, with this evolution we see the largest oat thatched participation in the pasture and occurrence of increased production of Tifton 85 leaf. The nutritive value of the pasture was better in the treatments with nitrogen and irrigation, having a MS in (16,70%), PB (22,74 %), DIVMS in (74,80 %), FDN (63,84 %) and FDA (32,34 %) therefore, a food with more protein with lower fiber contents and providing better feed digestibility by the animal. |
