Improper use and the different types of land use and management may change its structure and physical properties, compromising food production. The excess compaction and lack of organic material to provide reduced water availability and thus the productivity cultures. This study applies techniques of characterization and physical analysis of the soil and this raises data on the effects of different uses and management of soil and compare statistically. Soil samples were collected in a rural area in the city of Francisco Beltrão –PR (2015), in three types of land use, a cultivated with corn, another where they are deposited stemmed waste of dairy cattle breeding and the third in bushland. Physical characteristics analyzed were natural moisture, hygroscopic humidity, amount of fine earth, gravel and pebbles, liquid limit, plastic limit and plasticity index. Applying the Tukey test to compare the samples was possible to show that the soil of native forest and deposition of waste showed similarities in most different factors of agricultural soil. |
