The environmental management contributes to actions taken in the management of waste and consumption of inputs by firms. Large number of companies have not yet adopted methodologies for environmental management actions or adopt as their waste only after your system. More The Cleaner Production (CP) it is an environmental management tool, developed in 1989 by the United Nations Environment Program- UNEP (United Nations Program for the Environment) establishes actions in the pursuit of environmental preservation by reducing production inputs, waste generation, in addition to health and worker safety. The municipalities in southwestern Paraná cover micro and small enterprises, which most do not have specific management tools related to environmental impacts of these activities present. The company chosen to serve as the object of study for the suggestion of a CP was Gebana Brazil. Located in the municipality of Capanema Southwest of Paraná State, is a subsidiary of Switzerland and operates in Gebana purchase of grain production, process and sell the byproducts. System Cleaner Production was suggested to the manufacturing sector soy lecithin, and related design features clean technologies and adaptations aimed at reducing water consumption, as well as compliance and reduction in the generation of waste generated. In preparing the study sought to improve the company regarding its environmental efficiency. Deployment of Cleaner Production in firms may have significant results and this project serves as a model for the diffusion of this tool. |
