The study was conducted on the property of Lord Adelar Guimarães da Silva, who owns a poultry farm in integration partnership with BRF. The property is located in the municipality of Manfrinópolis in the state of Paraná, in Geographic coordinates 26° 8'14 .29" S and 53° 19'38.69" W. The study aimed to evaluate the life of dissipation devices luminous power cycle with three distinct types of technologies: incandescent, fluorescent and LED (Light Emitting Diode) in order to choose the best value for lighting sheds poultry. The methodology was evaluated indirectly through theoretical calculation, analyzing the costs of initial investment, spending on energy over time, and lifetime of each device. Direct evaluation, in situ, with the exchange of light dissipation devices, and review of the electricity bill was held in the period from 02 years to assess, over time, whether to reduce the final cost of energy, regarding the illumination of poultry houses. The results show that the best device dissipation of light energy, based on the best value for money and are more energy efficient LED lamps, with a reduction of R$ 9,637.56 in theory total cost of the system, including the economy consumption and lifetime of the equipment. In practice, there was a reduction of 6291.70 with the lighting system with fluorescent lamps, indicating the potential savings in electrical energy that can be obtained with the simple exchange of the bulbs. |
