The purpose of this study is to analyze the sugarcane market in Brazil, showing a brief history of its development and application. Also, this paper introduces a structural analysis of a sugarcane wagon project from the company Metal Cana of Cianorte – Paraná. Using scientific data from the literature, differences between failures in static and dynamic models were determined, presenting different types of analysis, stress and loading calculations within the system. Furthermore, the stages of a mechanical fracture were defined, explanations on how a crack appears and propagates were elucidated and the time that each stage takes to occur was stated. Finally, the simulations of deformation, displacement and load distribution were carried out in the chassis, analyzing their results, comparing them with the operational need of the equipment and evaluating the need for optimization. |
