Resumo: The photovoltaic panels currently used do not have levels of efficiency of electricity generation that make the method the main choice for power generation, and is still a relatively expensive technology for isolated applications. The present work aims at the development and implementation of a system of solar tracking and targeting of photovoltaic panels, so that the generators receive higher incidence of the solar rays, thus increasing the efficiency of the system and consequently lowering the cost of electricity generation of this mode of exploitation. This mechanism is based on a microcontroller Arduino, light sensors and servomotors, such a set is intended to leave the photovoltaic panel with its plane always perpendicular to the solar rays. Thus optimizing the generation of energy by the incidence of sunlight.
