This paper presents a proposal for creation and delivery of a Latex template and a web interface to facilitate entry of data into the template, capable of assisting in the preparation of the Plan of Education of the Federal Technological University of Parana (UTFPR) Guarapuava campus for course Systems for Internet technology and procedures to be used for construction of the same. The Education Plan is a document prepared at the beginning of each semester by professors of Technology in Internet Systems (TSI) in order to store the syllabus for the semester and assessment procedures. The templante and a web interface are proposed as the main task of facilitating the preparation of syllabus and improve quality. The chances of error are minimized because the fields that the teacher should not change will be loaded from a database, avoiding possible misunderstandings. In addition, the calculation of the dates of the classes will be automated, thus promoting more efficient in preparing the document. |
