Substitution of the material used in the pickup coil winding may be advantageous in aspects of cost and noise characteristics obtained. The replacement of the copper used in the pickup coil of aluminum has been the topic of this paper. To assess the effects of this change, electromagnetic tests were performed, microscopy and
acoustic tests pickup coils of copper and aluminum, as well as a pickup maintained as acquired. Promising results were obtained for study of this type of change, as no change in sound quality and a reduction in production cost and weight, which can serve as impetus for industrial production. |
