At the production of vulcanized rubber, it is essential to add additives, in which the fillers are considered the most important materials in the composition due to their influence on the processing and properties that can be acquired at the final product. This present, paper was to study and evaluate the influence of different fillers on the mechanical property of polymeric blend NR / NBR, made three formulations with different fillers. They were submitted to permanent deformation test to compression under constant deformation and hardness in addition to the characterization of the blend by ODR and FTIR tests. The formulations studied show a change in the results of the mechanical and rheological properties of the material, where the formulation containing a higher amount of load has high hardness, needs a longer time for a complete vulcanization of the material to occur, as well as less compressive deformation. |
