In a universe where many natural fibers generate research interest, the natural flour can replace, successfully, the loads of reinforcements usually used in polymeric compounds, therefore it is necessary investigate the behavior of this reinforcement powder with the polymer matrix, combining the attractive interactions between this materials, leading to a high compatibility and easy processing. In this work are presented studies about the recyclable polypropylene processing, used with additives in polypropylene thermoplastic compounds with natural flour. The influence of the wood fiber load and the efficiency of the additives on the mechanical properties of the system will be evaluated through mechanical tests, generating a possible range of applications for these composite. |
