Resumo: The national textile industry comprises more than 30 thousand confections and generates 1.65 million jobs throughout its productive chain, is a great extension, which demands attention and adequate strategies. The present study will analyze and analyze the performance indicators of a Brazilian textile company, the production chain of the company studied starts in benchmarking, after the drawings are made through sketches and passed to the computer, shortly after the presentation from the outline to the customers along with the costs of production to start the negotiation. Once the customer makes the purchase order, he / she generates an internal order for the purchase of the raw material. From the moment that the inputs arrive, its quality inspections are carried out and the production orders are released, which follow the following processes: Raw material analysis; Modeling; Risk; Court; Seam; Laundry; Password: Finishing; and Shipping. This study is methodologically based on the application of Performance Indicators with the objective of developing a set of indicators, in which there is direct participation of the author in the study, as it was applied in the organization in which he works. The purpose of the research is descriptive because of using company records, data analysis and their interpretation. After the analysis presented, and from the concepts of this work, it was verified the importance of the measurement system and the use of performance indicators for management tools and measurement needs at all levels of the organization. Therefore, it was verified that the use of the performance measurement indicators framework carried out in the present study will be efficient through development in a structured and integrated way with the general objectives of the organization.
