The cultural changes suffered by companies have had a major impact on the expected profile of professionals, who were forced to adapt quickly to the demands of a globalized world and organizations that demand maximum excellence in management standard, achievement of results and quality of work, products and services. In this way, the job market has become a highly competitive environment, increasingly demanding technical skills and extracurricular skills, which apply for their limited job opportunities. At the same time, these companies have been noticing that a highly productive and efficient structure is unable to sustain over time without significant care in the way they manage human resources, as well as in the level of motivation and satisfaction that as people participants of the work activities presented about the corporate environment. In this context, the objective of this research will be to analyze the Management of Quality of Life at Work in a health company in the city of Londrina-Paraná. Therefore, it was used the survey method. Through the interview with the Human Resources department and the employee satisfaction survey, the highest dissatisfaction rates were related to extra benefits (57% of the employees) and training (30% of the employees).As the suggested actions for implementation are the structuring of a Training Program, the preparation of the Immersion Program of New Employees and the creation of a Bonus Program. |
