In the present work, analyzes of the feasibility and replacement of machining machines were carried out. The study involved the determination of the significant variables for calculations of time and costs of machining. The total time of production, labor costs, machine tools and tooling costs were evaluated. From the creation of a program that allows the comparison between conventional machining machines and CNC machining centers, it is easy to visualize the data and analyze the feasibility of each equipment. A case study concerning machining in a packaging printing plant was used as an elucidation of the program created and may reflect investment, payback and saving analyzes. |
