The controlled release system of drugs has a main objective the temporary control of drug’s concentration to clinical benefit of the drug’s administration be maximized and minimize side effects. It is a line of studies what involves the domain of associated knowledge scientific areas like medicine, pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry, materials and nanotechnology. Actually, there are numerous formulations for controlled release with various types of drugs, these include local anesthetics (LA), used as blockers in conducting nerve stimuli that generate a sensation of pain. This work was based in the study of formulation of local anesthetic ropivacaine (RVC) using as host two vehicle for release: lipid vesicles (furtive liposomes) and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. The main objective is the characterization of the developed formulation, however, was important to perform the complex physical-chemical characterization like: topology, solubility, encapsulation efficiency and among others. The complex characterization was studied by experiments nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and Uv-vis. |
