The Parana Basin 3 (BP3) is inserted in the range of international border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, and the basin covers 28 municipalities in the Brazilian side. By possess natural characteristics that could provide the development of cultivars historically occurred a strong deforestation of this area for agricultural occupation, Promoting a great devastation of the atlantic forest that previously occupied this location. Bein this devastation of the Atlantic Forest and the vast extensions of land which are in the hands of private landowners to the private land conservation is necessary. Within this scenario, the Natural Patrimony Private Reserves (RPPNs) has a necessary role in the conservation of native ecosystems and natural resources, In addition to bringing some socioeconomic benefits to the owners. Second Amaral (2008) studies show that in many regions where there are few samples of original vegetation, the RPPNs may be the last original fragments still well preserved existing. Analyze the Paraná Basin 3 is necessary for international studies of environmental preservation as it is inserted in a privileged way for the development of these studies, since this has environmental characteristics, social and geographical unique. The identification of RPPNs present in this basin occurred following the delimitation of BP3 using the shapefile (*.shp) made available by the Office of the waters of Parana (AGUASPARANA), and identifying the RPPNs present in municipalities members of BP3 through the acquis available by the Environmental Institute of Parana (IAP) with the use of its virtual platform (WebSig) to SGAGEO, selecting only the reservations are inserted in the natural boundaries of PB3, thus were totaled 22 RPPNs distributed in 8 municipalities only present in the Basin, and these have a total area of 2210hectares, representing 0.26% of the total area of PB3. The municipality that has more RPPNs is Toledo, with 8 reserves and a total area of these units of just 71 hectares, the second the municipality with the greatest manifestation of private reserves is Diamante do Oeste possessing 4 RPPNs, besides being the first in the area facing this category of conservation units with a total of 979 hectares, representing 43.45% of the total area of reserves of this size in the Paraná Basin 3. For the verification in the context morphopedological, NPPRs were observed in a map of soil classes provided by Embrapa, noting that 14 reservations have soil type Eutroferric Clayey Red Latosol, 5 have only soils Leptosols, and 2 have Eutroferric Clayey Red Neosol and Leptosols. In the maps of geomorphology and environmental vulnerability purchased through the website of Mineropar showed that the NPPRs with greater area are inserted in the geomorphological sub-units with higher susceptibility environmental, and through the map of steepness drawn up in Software QGIS using letters of relief available on the site of Embrapa, we observed that only 6 NPPRs are inserted in high slopes of 20 to 45%. The Google Earth Pro software was used to verify the landscape features of each area, noting that the largest reserves follow water bodies and reservations of smaller companies do not have this feature. |
