Resumo: Because of the concerns about our environment, many technologies have been developed for its monitoring or recovering. In this way, one of the areas of geoprocessing has the goal to observe in a widely way, events like: epidemic controls, soil occupation, environmental monitoring and others. This work had the purpose to identify in a multitemporal study, areas of vigor vegetation using geoprocessing techniques, considering soil bean and maize cultures in the watershed of Paraná III from the year of 1990 to 2015. The images utilized in the creation of the thematic maps were imported from the homepage of USGS (United States Geological Survey). The analyses of vigor vegetation, beyond being applied to the watershed of Paraná III, were also done to six municipalities: Toledo, Santa Helena, Missal, Diamante d'Oeste, Ouro Verde do Oeste and Nova Santa Rosa. On this municipalities, there was a relation between the raising of the vigor vegetation area and the agriculture of soil bean and maize areas, where the results of the first year of study and the last were ascendant, even in municipalities like Toledo, where the raising area of production of soil bean were only 5% over 25 years. The vigor vegetation areas may raised because of the agriculture, laws, programs and preservation areas.
