During the working day, workers assume different postures and are exposed to numerous environmental factors that, in the future may develop occupational diseases. In this work, a data collection was performed to detect and catalog the bad postures at work, and the levels of light and auditory factors to which workers are exposed. The RULA method, ergonomic method of analysis and postural registration, was applied in the binding industry of a printing industry located in the West of Paraná, where computer activities, printing and several manual stages are elaborated. Luminous and acoustic data from the same sector were also collected with the aid of a luxmeter and decibelimeter, respectively, for the analysis of environmental factors. For the treatment of the data were applied online spreadsheets, specific tables used in the RULA method and comparison with the ergonomic levels stipulated in the literature. The results show that in the workplace studied there are ergonomic risks that need to be remedied to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the employee.. |
