With the increase of competitiveness among companies, it was verified that one of the ways to achieve a differential against competitors is the quality factor found in the products, and even a way to meet the needs and desires of customers. In order to serve them, the QFD tool has great importance, because with its use it is possible to evaluate and modify the products according to the needs and desires of the consumer, being a fundamental element for loyalty. In this work, the application of this tool was given in a food product, where through the tasting of the product verified that, to satisfy the needs of the consumers, it is necessary to immediately modify the quantity present in each package, besides the reduction of the current price. These needs are of great importance and the modification becomes crucial to the loyalty of those who consume this product. |
