The objective of this work was to associate project management methodologies to application in university games. The application in planning and realization of JOIA Fronteira (Inter Athletic Games of the Border), which takes place annually in the city of Foz do Iguaçu – PR, aimed to adapt segments of project management methodologies and management tools, seeking measures that can help in reducing the time for data collection and time optimization of the activities carried out by the organizing committee. Thus, through the lifting and analysis of difficulties presented by the commission, practices that best fit project management were suggested. |
