Due to the high demand in the real estate sector, with the low cost airline, such as small companies, to spare parts elsewhere and gaining a place in the market, creating strategic methods, as well as the implementation of tools and management systems. This paper aims to propose the implementation of the 5S system in a real estate organization, located in the interior of the state of São Paulo, an end to contribute to its growth and operational development. The 5S program seeks to decrease, or even eliminate, decrease and waste in configurations, enable employees to perform their activities properly, resulting in quality system improvement and maintenance. The adoption of the 5S program is expected to increase employees’ quality of life and maximize satisfaction, both with improved quality of products and services offered. First there was a data collection which were analyzed, só that it was possible to notice as areas with potential for improvement and, subsequently, make a proposal to implement the quality tool. It is hoped that with a deployment, a company can achieve operational efficiency gains, which should improve access to materials, reduce the chance of errors by disrupting the environment, reduce employee quality of life and improve performance quality caused by cleaning the work environment. |
