The objective of this work was to develop a proposal to reconcile the Scrum® methodology with PMBoK® practices for project management of a Junior Enterprise, located in the city of Medianeira, PR, and aims to adapt the strengths of each methodology measures that can reduce the delivery deadlines of the work packages, allow a better control of the quality of deliveries and facilitate the change of the scope according to the reality faced by the Junior Enterprise. Thus, through the analysis of the difficulties currently presented in the management of projects of the company, the best practices that fit the limitations in project management were used and after having been developed, the management model will be followed by a monitoring of the implementation of the new model, when the effects felt by the change in project management were analyzed. After the completion of the research it was evidenced that the integration between Scrum and PMBoK is possible since there is the commitment of all involved since, according to which the results were collected, all difficulties were minimized. |
