Milk production is increasing in our country and the state of Paraná is one of the leading producers of that food, there are two ways to express breast milk, they are: manual and mechanical milking. The manual milking is little used currently by mechanical homeowners choose to be easier and faster the process, increasing their productivity, and ensure better health quality milk. There are simulations that help in troubleshooting using a digital computer; this technique analyzes models that describe the behavior of the system, making it easier decision making for managers. The work aimed to evaluate the quality of milk and the economic feasibility of expanding milking equipment through process simulation. The study was conducted in a small property in the municipality of Medianeira, which evaluated the quality of milk and realized the simulation of the milking process through time study and rating the Arena software. To studies confirmed the good quality of milk, one can realize that it is not currently feasible to acquire a device, used with the simulation tool was essential for the study. There are improvements that must be considered to apply in the property. |
