In stocks branch, there is talk of thousands of stored products, in a variety of shapes, sizes and specifications, which must be inspected, properly stored and subsequent to it, be put in the sales area of the product. This work aims at optimizing the inventory management in a unit of a network of Paraná western supermarket. Therefore developed a process of receiving materials, spare activity to facilitated, promoted the reduction of occupational accidents risks in relation to all activities performed in the stock and therefore minimizing the allocation of products in inappropriate places, collected the data from direct observation, process and share information questionnaires. The intent of the study took place from the perception that when companies allow the lack of goods on shelves, consumer dissatisfaction arises, which may seek such a product in competition. So a sort of clear and fast way of goods as well as a more precise control over the amount of capital, allows managers greater financial gains, more practical and improve the company's image in the client. |
