Modernization is one of the most important aspects for a stateless industry in the economic state that we find ourselves in. Innovation and technology are twice geared towards two directly linked concepts to this modernization by conducting research within the industry an innovative environment with great opportunities and a partnership with research and development centers to enable a view of new opportunities. The model, called the De Vidossich Model, has been adapted and used in an agricultural implements industry, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, if an industry can be considered modern and proposing actions for this modernization to take place. Regarding the methodological procedures for conducting the research, it was used the qualitative data obtained from the interview with the owner and the researcher’s experience during the internship period were used. You can learn about it as an innovative company It can be observed that the company adopts practices that characterize it as innovative, although it still requires many points to qualify as a modern company. |
