The quality of the product or service required is a point that must be taken into account, as much as the quality went from a differential to an obligation of the manufacturer. However, the product/service’s quality can satisfy a customer’s needs, but no to another one, therefore, the present project proposes through the tool’s application QFD (Quality Function Deployment), such tool that seek to translate the “customer’s voice” in technical requirements, raise the real needs of the customer of a floriculture, and through this, seek reduce losses and costs related to the sector. The needs required by the customers were raised through a semi-structured interview held on the premises of the company, such that in addition to revealing what are the aspects that a customer wants in the gardening service also rated their importance. As the main result to be achieved, engineering requirements were raised that could help to improve the gardening service, such requirements that can be observed throughout this work. Para permanecer num mercado competitivo com uma taxa de crescimento considerável é necessário encontrar formas de se diferenciar de seus concorrentes. A qualidade do produto ou serviço prestado é um ponto que deve ser levado em questão, já que a qualidade passou de um diferencial para uma obrigação do fabricante. Porém, a qualidade de um produto/serviço pode satisfazer as necessidades de um cliente, mas não o de outro, por essa razão, o presente trabalho propõe-se através da aplicação da ferramenta qfd (desdobramento da função qualidade), tal ferramenta que busca traduzir a “voz do cliente” em requisitos técnicos, levantar as reais necessidades dos clientes de uma floricultura, e mediante isso, procurar reduzir perdas e custos relacionados ao setor. As necessidades requeridas pelos clientes foram levantadas através de uma entrevista semiestruturada realizada nas dependências da empresa, tal entrevista que além de revelar quais são os aspectos que um cliente almeja no serviço de jardinagem também classificou a importância dos mesmos.
