Resumo: From the moment that is perceived an demand growth of any products or services, the organizations suffer from a strong, and often unexpected, rise in competition. In this context, the search for a differential that makes them keep together active in the market becomes priority, either in the reduction of organizational costs that makes possible the decrease in the selling price or the increase in the organizational gains, which would provide investment in innovation and sustainability. Based on this, the present work had as objective propose a model of integration of two of the most used methodologies when it comes to improvement and optimization of process, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigmas, in the field of wheat flour production in Paraná. A bibliographic study made it possible to identify the points of convergence between the two methodologies and unify them with the DMAIC tool. The search, of practical-conceptual stamp, proposes to simplify the utilization of the new method adapting the use of the tools according to the situation found in the company. In the results are explained the tools used for this case and the changes applied through the interpretation of the data generated by the application of the method, reducing the barriers that prevent this integration.
