Strategic planning is a management tool that helps the entrepreneur to maintain stability and to increase the productivity of your business through the use of available resources efficiently. The development of strategies to determine direction or ways to achieve the goals that certify the implementation of strategic planning. However, this tool is not widely used in small businesses, making it necessary to create a methodology to facilitate their preparation for micro and small entrepreneurs. Thus, the objective of the study is the development of a strategic planning proposal to apply in a virtual micro-enterprise, working with the marketing of electronic products and is located in Belo Horizonte/MG. They were scored and analyzed the methodologies of three different authors and proposed a strategic planning model for e-commerce company. |
