Agricultural areas and residential occupations in hazardous areas, among others, are factors that contribute to continuous and untiring environmental degradation. The worst stage of water erosion, that is, caused by rain, is the gull, responsible for great damage to the environment; Loss of soil mass and sedimentation of springs are some aspects the objective of the work was to elaborate projects for the recovery of degraded areas, aiming not only the recovery itself, but mainly the population's awareness of the issue of environmental preservation. The area of activity in Recanto Parque Iguaçu, located in the Sun and Gold line of the City of Medianeira. In the initial phase the identification and location of the erosion, already transformed into voçoroca was made, then the problem was analyzed and the mechanisms were pointed out that eventually contributed substantially to its evolution. Measurements were taken by fieldwork and every 7m stone barriers with a height of approximately 60 cm were installed in order to contain the water velocity thus containing soil erosion. After the barriers were established, a monitoring was carried out and observed that there was sediment accumulation inside the gull, which was previously dragged to the river. With the accomplishment of this study, it was possible to have a better knowledge about the soil conditions of the region, the climate and the importance of an environmental impact study to prevent this type of erosion. A intensa exploração trouxe grandes consequências negativas e impactantes ao meio ambiente. Áreas agrícolas e ocupações residenciais em áreas de risco, entre outros, são fatores que contribuem para a contínua e incansável degradação ambiental. O pior estágio da erosão hídrica, ou seja, causada pela chuva, é a voçoroca, responsável por grandes danos ao ambiente; perda de massa do solo e assoreamento de nascentes são alguns aspectos o objetivo do trabalho foi elaborar projetos de recuperação de áreas degradadas, visando não somente a recuperação em si, mas, principalmente, a conscientização da população para a questão da preservação ambiental.A área de atuação no Recanto Parque Iguaçu, localizado na linha Sol e Ouro da Cidade de Medianeira. Na fase inicial foi feita a identificação e a localização da erosão, já transformada em voçoroca, em seguida, a problemática foi analisada e foram apontados os mecanismos que eventualmente contribuíram de maneira substancial para a sua evolução. Através de trabalhos de campo foram feitas medições e a cada 7m foram instaladas barreiras de pedras com altura de aproximadamente de 60 cm, a fim de conter a velocidade da água assim contendo a erosão do solo.Após a implantação das barreiras, foi realizado um monitoramento e verificado que houve acúmulo de sedimentos dentro da voçoroca, que antes era arrastado até o rio.
