This project aims to create a proposal to implement a Safety Management System and Health at Work (HSMS) in Metallurgical HD Ltda., Located in Itaipulândia in the state of Paraná. Seeking to promote safety and occupational health, trying to minimize the risk of accidents and occupational diseases arising from noncompliance with safety requirements at work required by Laws. Based on relevant criteria for Safety and Health (OSH), through the creation of methodologies and procedures to ensure the standardization of compliance with the HSMS requirements. This project began after observing two things, first is the difficulty that many workers have to follow Health and Safety standards required in some companies, thus causing many problems for themselves, and second is the difficulty that many entrepreneurs have in able to deploy in your organization OSHMS, whether this service can be considered “cost” or “investment”. At first this project, we will be conducting a case study, on-site observation and analysis of the organization’s own documents, such as personal documents of employees, Sheet of PPE, PPRA, PCMSO, among other documents that the organization has to show methods accident prevention already in place. The dialogue with the the senior management and employees to know how the methods already in place or how would these methods used for accident prevention could be improved, we will soon suggest a Security Master Plan for the company to try to prevent , minimize and / or eliminate accidents and diseases resulting from work. Finally we will be checking through reports obtained during the implementation of the PDS, the expected benefits. However, for a HSMS get good results, companies need to be aware of the difficulties commonly encountered during its implementation process, seeking to address them in advance and structured way. |
