Resumo: This study approached the theme of minimization water conservation and reuse in the process of industrialization and slaughter of poultry. It aborts about minimization and water reuse as well as the analysis of legal aspects of water use. Were performed to measure the water consumption in the sectors of Scalding and Evisceration line 01 of the industry together with the evaluation of equipment procedures and operation routines. Has been analyzed the consumption of water supply chillers for cooling the housing, making sure there compliance with specific legislation. The study had two opportunities to reduce consumption through the purchase of equipment to control water and other improvements through changes in operating routines as well as some proposal for reuse of water.
