The safety equipment is a key point not to expose workers to the risk of an accident. This work examined two screw conveyors in a food industry located in the city of Medianeira, State of Parana. It was proposed and effected an adaptation project to the Regulatory Standards 10 (2004) and 12 (2015), as the two devices were totally at odds with the aforementioned standards. It has been designed and built a new electrical panel with control and power circuits, were also made structural changes to the equipment to suit your standards. It was a training run with employees who operate the equipment to demonstrate its operation, risk and operating mode and then prepared a questionnaire to verify level of acceptance of the new equipment operation. |
